Large-area glass coating production relies on precise coordination among core components, process control systems, and production software. In an in-line magnetron sputtering coating line, these systems work together to control vacuum conditions, thin-film deposition, and key process parameters — ensuring coating uniformity, process stability, and repeatability in continuous production.

Our coating system combines sputtering cathodes, vacuum system and in-line monitoring systems, process control, and production management software to deposit metallic and dielectric thin films on large-area glass with precise control. Each project is configured to the required coating process, substrate specifications, and production requirements — supporting solar-control,Low-E, decorative, and other functional coated glass.

    1. Drop-in Shield & Cooling Module The drop-in Shield & Cooling Module integrates chamber shields, cooling components, and related service parts into one lift-out assembly. Discover more
    1. Multi-coupling Integrated Connector The multi-coupling system integrates the cooling-water, process-gas, power, and communication connections on the cathode lid into a single quick-connect interface. Discover more
    1. Planar Cathode Planar cathodes are key components in magnetron sputtering coating lines, primarily used for depositing metallic thin films onto glass. Discover more
    1. In-situ System The in-situ spectral inspection system monitors the coating inside the vacuum chamber as the glass passes through the deposition process. Discover more
    1. Redundancy System The redundant control system protects the Low-E coating line against single-point failures in both the control and communication layers. Discover more
    1. Top-pumping Cathode Integrates the rotary cathode and turbomolecular pump into one compact unit for in-line Low-E magnetron sputtering lines — ideal where space is limited or additional cathodes are needed without significantly extending the line. Discover more
    1. Intelligent Production Management System The intelligent production management system gives operators and production managers real-time, line-level visibility across the coating line. Rather than keeping process and consumption data in separate records, it collects production data in real time and consolidates it into one platform for daily management and analysis. Discover more
    1. Intelligent Optical Film Control Software Designed for complex layer stacks produced on Low-E glass coating line, the software creates digital models for each coating material and compares them with real-time spectral data from the production line. Discover more
CNBM Optoelectronic Equipment (Taicang) Co., Ltd., established in 2009, is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTIEC). The company specializes in large-area magnetron sputtering coating equipment, with Low-E glass coating lines as its core business. Its 100,000 m² manufacturing base includes an R&D center and nearly 20,000 m² of assembly and commissioning facilities. The company provides equipment R&D, engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and system upgrades. Its coating lines support single-, double- and triple-silver Low-E glass, solar-control glass and other functional coatings. More than 20 Low-E coating lines have been delivered and put into commercial operation. Projects are supplied as complete coating systems or turnkey solutions according to customers’ glass sizes, coating processes and production requirements.
