- The drop-in Shield & Cooling Module integrates chamber shields, cooling components, and related service parts into one lift-out assembly.
- During maintenance, technicians can lift the complete module out of the vacuum chamber and work on it at floor level instead of carrying out most of the disassembly inside the chamber.
- Once the module is lifted out, technicians have enough space inside the chamber to carry out routine inspections and service the drive components as needed.
- The removable design also cuts down the time needed for routine maintenance and can improve maintenance efficiency by at least 50%.

- How long does it take to remove and reinstall the module?
The complete module can normally be removed and reinstalled in about 5 minutes, not including the time required to replace the chamber shields. - Does the vacuum seal need to be checked after the module is reinstalled?
Yes. A helium leak test is required after reinstallation to confirm that the vacuum sealing points are leak-tight. - Can the module be retrofitted to an existing coating line?
No. The drop-in integrated maintenance module is designed for new coating lines and is not intended as a retrofit for existing equipment.
