Solution Design
Customer Requirements Analysis
  • Understand the customer's production goals and existing conditions, including product requirements, target capacity, glass specifications, factory layout and utility conditions.
  • Develop the complete line layout and production plan around these requirements, followed by an overall technical proposal for the project.
Solution Design & Parameter Customization
  • Complete line configuration: Customize the coating line around the required glass sizes, coating types, mechanical cycle time and annual production capacity.
  • Key parameter customization: In accordance with the requirements for production, define the cathode configuration, the vacuum system, the auxiliary equipment and the control system.
  • Layout & technical documentation: Provide detailed glass coating equipment layout drawings and technical documents for review. Manufacturing begins once the complete solution has been confirmed with the client.
  • Multidisciplinary engineering team: Mechanical, electrical, process, vacuum and automation specialists work across the project to provide a coordinated, customized line design.
  • Industry experience: We use our decades of glass manufacturing and operational experience from production facilities within our Group to design equipment with proven processes. This helps ensure a smoother start-up and helps you avoid common issues during production ramp-up.
Turnkey Project

The magnetron sputtering Low-E glass coating system forms the core of our turnkey project delivery. Based on individual project requirements, the scope can extend to complete line layout planning, system interface coordination and utility connections, followed by integrated commissioning and trial operation of the complete production line.

Assembly & Testing
  • We handle the complete line design, system integration and core coating process technologies in-house. We also develop key components such as cathodes on our own, which enables us to have direct technical control over the major systems in the coating line.
  • We work with well-known international technology brands to jointly develop and customize core components. Parts are made using China’s extensive supply chain, which lets us closely manage quality and equipment performance right from the start.
  • Once the individual functional components arrive at the factory, they undergo quality inspection before the complete coating line is assembled and integrated for system commissioning.
  • Before delivery, the line goes through systematic testing according to our testing procedures. Checks cover vacuum performance, including helium leak detection, vacuum hold testing and residual gas analysis (RGA), as well as transmission and conveying, electrical controls, insulation performance and verification of the process configuration. Test results are recorded and archived individually.
  • Following successful Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with the customer, the equipment is prepared for packing and shipment.
Key Inspection & Testing Stages
Incoming Inspection
Incoming Inspection
  • Inspection: Machining accuracy is checked against the design drawings, including dimensions and tolerances. The sealing surfaces and grooves are inspected for scratches, dents and machining defects, and further inspections are carried out to verify component cleanliness, including that there is no oil contamination, as well as to ensure that the specifications and completeness of the important assembly parts are met.
  • Purpose: Make sure all components are in good condition before starting assembly. This way, only suitable parts move forward and any defective ones will not impact the performance of the whole coating line.
Helium Leak Testing
Helium Leak Testing
  • Inspection: The leak rates are determined by spraying helium around the vacuum chamber, the cathode and pump lid and the sealing interfaces in order to locate any possible leakage points.
  • Purpose: Verify the sealing integrity of the vacuum system and provide the stable vacuum conditions required for the coating process.
Residual Gas Analysis (RGA)
Residual Gas Analysis (RGA)
  • Inspection: Check that no significant contaminant gases are present by analyzing the composition of the residual gases within the vacuum chamber.
  • Purpose: Check that the chamber environment is clean and make sure that any residual contaminants do not have an effect on the quality of the coating.
Commissioning & Training
  • Installation & commissioning
The coating line is put into production as planned, starting with on-site installation, followed by full system checks, trial runs, and final performance approval.
  • Operator & maintenance training
Customer operation and maintenance teams receive hands-on training at the site, supported by remote technical guidance, operating manuals and video tutorials.
  • Training scope
The training covers equipment operation, coating process adjustment, and routine maintenance, enabling your team to acquire the practical skills required for daily production.
After-Sales Support
After-Sales Support
  • Fast technical response
Overseas customers can reach the technical team through Microsoft Teams for remote support. Depending on the complexity of the issue, engineers can provide online assistance or arrange on-site support. Remote connection to the coating system is also available via the internet for troubleshooting and technical diagnosis.
  • Technical consultation
Process and equipment consultation is provided free of charge during the warranty period, with long-term technical support available throughout the service life of the line.
