• Delivered under a turnkey project model, the scope of supply includes the Low-E coater, material handling system, washing machine, DI water system, cooling water system, and other supporting equipment.
• Online adjustable magnetic bars and planar cathodes with manual adjustment under vacuum provide the additional uniformity control required for large-format triple-silver coatings, with particular attention to consistent film thickness and color across the glass surface.

Following development and manufacturing, our engineering team completed on-site installation and commissioning of the low-E glass coating line, followed by equipment operation and coating process training for the customer team. The line entered production in 2024.

• The glass coating line has completed acceptance and is now in operation, with stable production of large-format temperable triple-silver Low-E glass.
• With a design annual capacity of 15 million m², it is the customer's largest coating line by glass size and highest by production capacity. Actual output varies according to the coating stacks and glass specifications being produced.
